Shallow Trench Raceway System
Aeroturn’s AeroDuct is a site-matched, integrated raceway and turnstile mounting system. Available for all Aeroturn products, it is installed in a shallow trench to avoid complicated conduit work and deep floor cuts.

- Self-contained, one-piece final assembly that replaces dozens of individual conduit runs to simplify installation
- Low profile design that requires less than a 3” deep trench, avoiding rebar and structural issues, ideal for slab-on-grade renovations
- High voltage raceway isolated the entire length and separated at the floor port
- Low voltage raceways isolated from other raceways, with up to three isolated chambers, including fire, access control/desk control and high security
- Future-proof design easily accepts any point-to-point, home runs, or pass-throughs initially or in the future
- Wall feeds for providing services that are readily available and easy to execute
- Heavy gauge tubular and formed steel weldment with billet turnstile mounting bungs and AeroDuct mounting lugs
- Flush floor porting option provides a temporary pathway for wide machinery by removing one turnstile cabinet
