Aeroturn’s turnstiles are different than others on the market because they are backward compatible. Whenever a change or improvement is implemented into our existing line of turnstiles, we ensure previous models can also be easily updated without major design changes. It’s one of the reasons our design process enables lifetime support for all models.
All our turnstiles feature individually replaceable parts. It’s a purposeful step in our design process to ensure all replacements can be done in the field with simple tools and FaceTime factory support, if needed.
Products Built to Last
Our turnstiles have a 5-year warranty. We’ve designed and tested all our products to last for 10 million passages, guaranteed, without requiring maintenance. Every component has been selected or designed as the best choice for reliability. We don’t require any maintenance or service contracts for our warranty.
Factory Direct Installation Means It’s Done Right
The same team that engineers our turnstile systems is also an active participant in all our on-site installations. Generally, a turnstile installation crew does not have a licensed professional engineer on site – we do. We believe sending an experienced engineer to your site is critical to the success of your installation.
During factory direct installations, we arrive at your facility prepared. We come equipped with a transport system, full lobby template, specific tools and an installation truck that is equipped to handle anything.
Our installations are streamlined because of the accessories we provide. This includes security perimeters that are installed on the same day as the turnstile, and our unique in-floor wire management system, AeroDuct, that simplifies turnstile mounting and reduces cost, time and errors. Our intuitive Desk Control consolidates turnstile controls and all other devices that need to work at the desk in just one panel, saving valuable space.
Repurpose Not Recycle
Unlike many other manufacturers, we also believe in repurposing, not recycling. If you’re moving locations, we can remove your turnstiles, store them and reinstall them at your new location. If you ever decide to repurpose your turnstile, we can rebody the unit, at a fraction of the cost of a new unit, while at the factory to match the new lobby if needed.
Extend System Life Even More with Preventative Maintenance
Aeroturn offers its customers comprehensive preventative maintenance and inspection programs that cover exterior cabinet and component inspection. Our certified staff can check and adjust installation fasteners and cabinet fitment, inspect mechanisms, motion alignment, as well as power and electrical components.
As preventative maintenance, our staff will expertly and meticulously deep clean your turnstile’s interior components and perform specialty cleaning of optical sensors. They will also check all operational functions for any irregularities with the guidance of your personnel.
When all preventative maintenance and inspections are complete, Aeroturn gives you an inspection report and recommends upgrades or outside of warranty repairs.
